Welcoming you to join in a day of singing together " I am" chants, accompanied by a crystal bowl, with guided breathwork meditation, and a vibrational sound bath experience. For this, you may be laying down, or sitting up, whichever is comfortable. There will be use of gongs, tibetan bowls, hand drum, didgeridoo, and various percussion instruments for this part. A light smudging with either palo santo, or white sage will be used afterwards.
* Please dress in loose, comfortable clothing, and bring a yoga mat, as well as a pillow if you need it under your knees to support your back. It is also recommended that you bring a blanket, as well as water to drink.
