This is a showing of Amy Greene's Weekly Wellness Show. She interviewed a bunch of us Red Tent gals. A monthly gathering for women, many different groups all over the world. It focuses on bringing women together in a healthy way, being able to share our hearts through sacred space, finding nurturance, friendship, sharing laughs, tears, food, whatever in the moment. Support is what keeps us going. We are a co-collaborative bunch of strong warrior goddesses, evolving the connection we have with each other, innately healing the world through it.
