All are welcome to come, and relax to a purifying sound healing experience with an opening meditation. I use various instruments, some being a crystal bowl, tibetan bowls, gongs, tingsha, shakers, hand drum to lull you into a deep state of rest, and transformation. Please bring a yoga mat to lay on, pillows if you need them for under your head, or knees, a light blanket, and water.
