Scheduling Directions

Before scheduling note my table can only hold up to 550lbs, if you are over that, please seek someone with a larger capacity to hold you. There is no elevator, but there isn't that many steps, very luxurious carpeted steps, enjoyable, nice to walk up. I am by appointment only, no walk ins, to see openings, or to schedule press schedule now down below, it may ask you to make a Vagaro account, do that, or if you already have a Vagaro account use those credentials to sign in, or if you had Schedulicity prior to the switch over to Vagaro use your Schedulicity credentials to sign in, verify email when signing in, or put do that later, then select service, pick date, search for times available, pick one, credit card required to hold your spot, you do not get charged, only if you cancel less than 24 hours, or do a no show, then there is a fee, or if you choose to pay by card when you arrive, vouchers put redemption code in about your appointment box, bring with you also just in case(vouchers are 1 per person, that means 1 purchase per person), click agree to cancellation policy, book, receive confirmation email. Scheduling someone else, put their name, info, any voucher redemption codes. No couples massage, but you can schedule back to back, if it won't let you, may be booked. One therapy session per day, per person.

Gift Certificates available online only, can print, text, email, schedule when you want it sent!  Pick an amount, or a service to gift!  Recipients of gift certificates must schedule online, credit card holds their spot, mention you have a gift certificate in about your appointment box.

* Gray building.  Come up to the 2nd floor.  I am your first right up the stairs.  Pull in our gravel lot off of West St, and park to the right side of the building.  We are across from a yellow building at the set of lights, and next to Northeast Periodontics.


* Hours are Monday- Saturday 9am-9pm, weekdays doors are open until 5pm, after that text me to let you in, Saturdays, and holidays, no more than 5 minutes early in case I'm in session please. Sundays I am closed.


Cancellation Policy!

*Vouchers cannot be used to cover the cost of no shows, because I cannot redeem them until time of visit, that's when I get paid for them, therefore there is a $17 fee for a regularly priced $60 purchase, $20 for a $75 purchase, $25 for a $90 purchase for a no show, and last minute cancellation less than 24 hours, regular clients will be charged half a session booked, packages docked a session, gift certificates will be deducted half a session they booked with total gifted, and you will only be able to use the remaining balance for next session. If gift certificate is less than half a session your credit card will be used to pay for the rest of a half session of the service you booked. 15 minutes late is considered a no show, and will be charged. No shows cannot return.

Viewing, Canceling, Rescheduling Appointment Times, Online Only!

* To view, or cancel an appointment press schedule now down below, login, go to bottom right hand corner, there you will see a little person icon, click that, there you will see your appointments, and can cancel, and reschedule. Sometimes depending on what device you are on you may have to go to v in upper left hand corner to access appointments.  Less than 24 hours it will not let you cancel, and you could be charged last minute cancellation fee.  Please note I do not switch appointments around last minute to other times, once you schedule that's it, but like stated you have 24 hours to cancel, reschedule if you'd like, and everyone does that themselves with schedule now button.
