Yoga Nidra with Sound Healing at The Karma Cave

8 North Main St. Upton, Ma Fri Nov 1 7pm-9pm Join us for another, yoga nidra deep relaxation meditation.this evening will involve a guided meditation through the body, individual crystal energy clearings, and as always, a serene sound healing experience.  The focus of this evenings event will be the awareness of our most inner calm, and how to use this energy under any or all circumstances.  All experience levels are welcome... blankets and yoga mats are available, but please bring everything you need to be as comfortable as possible, as this meditation takes place in savasana (laying down), and can last for up to two hours.  Love and light to you all,see you soon! $25
